Yomi Fabiyi under heavy fire over his new movie “Oko Iyabo”, which reenacts the Baba Ijesha saga (Video)
Nigerian actor, Yomi Fabiyi is being lambasted on social media over his recently released movie, which shows a reenactment of the child molestation scene between Baba Ijesha and Comedienne, Princess’ 14-year-old daughter.
The film released on YouTube on July 4, 2021 was controversially titled “Oko Iyabo” and features characters with names of individuals involved in the case including actors Iyabo Ojo, Olarenwaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha.
Nigerians have taken to social media to drag him over the movie, which is deemed disrespectful and insensitive to the plight of the victim of child molestation.

@DrOlufunmilayo; An underaged girl was allegedly raped in the past by a yoruba actor. There’s video proving further attempts by same man.
Yomi Fabiyi makes movie mocking the child, her mom Princess and Iyabo Ojo the whistleblower.
This a complete utter shame to the entire Yoruba movie industry.
@UnclePamilerin; If you find that Yomi Fabiyi movie nice, you are a disgusting human.
@Letter_to_Jack; Everyone involved in that “Oko Iyabo” movie, from the cast to the crew should be permanently banned from the movie industry or punished in some type of way by TAMPAN or other superior body.
Yomi Fabiyi is stupid fool.
